Having been approached by the land owners of this Site LMA successfully obtained a planning consent for the provision of 2 new houses on a former car park.
Having obtained Planning consent for the 2 4 bedroom properties, LMA were also commissioned to undertake the building regulations and working drawings.
As you can see from the photos this is a beautifully constructed, light & open property which we believe is a massive success.

LM Associates were appointed by the client to undertake an extension to their Stone property in Warninglid,
All the stone was cut to size and laid in a specific order / pattern and we believe the project was a huge success with the new & existing stone work matching perfectly.
Both LMA and the client were exceedingly pleased with the completed project and LMA were subsequently appointed again by the client on further projects.

LMA have once again worked closely with a housing developer (Unique Design & Developments) to provide a very successful development in New Barn Lane, Ridgeway, Uckfield. The properties are recently completed and have come to Market with offers in excess of £365,000 for 101m² dwellings.
Whilst this was a difficult sloping site we believe the developers have worked tirelessly to ensure a high standard of development and produced a very high standard finish on these dwellings. ...
LMA were appointed by our clients to obtain full p[planning permission on this site and obtain a building regulations approval, all was done with minimal fuss in a timely manner largely thanks to our excellent relationship with the local Authority Planning Officers.
We think this has been a very successful development and are pleased to have worked with Craig on Richard on yet another Project.

We were approached by our client to undertake planning and building regulation drawings for a large extension to a family home in Munnion Road Ardingly.
This one was a bit of a fight with the planning authority and whilst our client didn't achieve the exact size extension to the rear as he would have liked we managed to get a compromise at 6m. we also managed to successfully negotiate a 2 storey extension to the front elevation which i think you will agree has made this hous...e look very smart.
We consider this another Successful outcome from work undertaken by LMA to provide our client with a 2 storey front extension & large single storey rear extension & internal alterations. (pictures by Hampton International - selling agent)

As of the 1st June 2018, the planning process has been amended with the introduction of PIP, although this is a slightly unknown process at the moment it has the potential to make small scale development easier in the future!
