We have been delighted to work with K2 Bond Street converting the former Hull City Council offices into beautiful, modern apartments in the centre of Hull. Tenants are now settling into and enjoying their new homes in a prime location within the city centre.

We were delighted to have designed the conversion from the Court House to create Sessions Spa in this Grade II* Listed Building. Converting this historic building involved working with Conservation Officers and English Heritage to secure all approvals for this ambitious project.
It is lovely to see that the transformation has been so successful in the years since Session Spa opened.
