We have used almost all the estate agents on Church Street and Location Location are, for us, the hardest-working and most effective of the bunch. They are user-friendly, intelligent, plain-speaking and immersed in their market. They value to sell rather than merely to win the instruction, unlike certain others on the Street. They are charming with prospective buyers, unlike the grating manner of some of their competitors. They actually market your property, instead of putting it on Rightmove and waiting for the phone to ring as some agents do. We have no hesitation in recommending them as the best agent on Church Street.

We switched to Location Location after failing to sell with another agent who had been marketing our property for over nine months. Location Location acted on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our next home. We found that Peter, Tim and Azhar (among others) were brilliant on our sale and outshone any experience we have had with other estate agents, providing prompt and meaningful feedback after every viewing, which is so important when you are trying to sell your home. They worked really closely with us on our new property search too and Peter was great, asking us careful questions to understand our wants and desires and suggesting appropriate properties for us to view, so important when you have limited time and specific requirements! The purchase hit a couple of road blocks along the way and was delayed a few times due to a problem right at the top of the chain and Lauretta worked tirelessly trying to track down information to keep us updated and pushing things along at every opportunity, which was really appreciated, she did a fantastic job. On the day we moved into our new home, we were presented with a really thoughtful and useful box of "goodies" and essentials which was a really lovely touch. We would recommend Location Location wholeheartedly and, though we do not anticipate another move for quite some time, we will definitely use Location Location for our next move!

We have just used Location Location to sell our house. They have been wonderful to deal with. They took everything on board that we suggested and with their expertise marketed our house accordingly. They are efficient, friendly and just a delight to work with. They even found the house we are moving into, had it not been for Vicky alerting me to our new property, I think I would have missed it! His communication and availability are excellent. He resolves every difficulty with no fuss and actually takes an interest in helping landlords by looking for the cheapest quote for a service and having a good knowledge of the local service providers. To be honest I really wasn’t looking forward to being a Landlord. With so much to get sorted as well as finding the right tenants the whole process just seemed daunting. However, I definitely made the right decision in signing up for Location Location’s comprehensive Full Management Service. From the moment I appointed them to the day I handed over the keys to my lovely new tenants Location Location have been fantastic. Adam and Will are an excellent Team, always making sure I know what is happening and sending me regular updates along every step of the way. If you’re a Landlord looking for a professional lettings agency with quality customer service and a friendly staff that really care then I’d definitely recommend Location Location.

Moving to Stoke Newington has always been a dream of ours and Location Location was able to make that dream come true. Our agent, Tim, was there at every step of the process, always on hand and happy to help. His excellent advice, ongoing support and regular updates really took the stress out of the buying process and we couldn’t be more thankful. If you're looking for a property in or around Stoke Newington, then I cannot recommend the friendly guys at Location Location enough. Their knowledge of the area is unbeatable and unlike many estate agents they really do care – they take pride in their work, they always return calls and they get the job done. My wife and I rented a flat through Location Location for 6 months in 2016. There had been a lot of initial problems in the tenancy due to a difficult landlady and poor check-in inventory but I'd previously rated them four stars as the dedicated lettings manager they recruited had worked very well to address these. I'd now rate them as 2 stars however as it took 4 months to get our deposit back. The underlying causes of this delay were a shoddy inventory contractor and a negligent landlady. Location Location aren't intrinsically at fault for this (though I'd be careful to check their inventory reports very carefully), and they did quickly accept we were entitled to the deposit. However they then showed a lack of appreciation and regard for good tenants by refusing to take a stand against the unfounded demands of their landlady, their client. Instead they deferred the decision to a very slow DPS arbitration - depriving us of a sizable sum for a third of a year.

Really great experience so far with Location Location. The team are very proactive and deal with issues quickly with regular updates. First time in London I've felt like the estate agents were genuinely concerned with getting issues solved. Highly recommend as a tenant, and would definitely consider if I were buying/becoming a landlord in the future.

Really good, personal service. Felt like the team were really invested in making our sale a success. A particular word of thanks to sales progressor Lauretta who's patience in dealing with our regular phone calls for updates as the process went back and forth between surveyors, lawyers and mortgage companys was highly appreciated. Selling a property is a stressful time and to have someone as calm, efficient and knowledgeable as Lauretta as our point of contact was of great comfort

Location Location made finding a rental very simple with lots of properties on offer all in the N16 area. Adam Wetenhall was very helpful with the initial viewings, negotiations and getting us into the property and Will Thacker has been great in checks and solving the very few problems we've had in the last 12 months.
