Loftus Road Stadium

Classic English league ground. Feels like you're right on the pitch. Better in the away end (more atmosphere)

Have only been here once. It is a compact ground and affords good viewing positions, even from the upper tiers. There is a good choice of food and drink, at typical football ground prices. Easy to get there, with two tube lines within easy walking distance. Happy to go back there.

Loftus road is a ground of the best atmosphere in football as the fans are so close to the pitch. It’s a place football fans need to visit. Come on you R’S

A poor venue for 'away' fans. The view is not great with the roof being so low you feel boxed in. Some seats have badly restricted view too. Good to see the real ale bar.

Classic old school football stadium, with supporters really close to the pitch. In need of renovating, but a must visit for anyone who wishes to experience a football match up close. Seating quality is quite poor... Anyone over 5ft may struggle with the leg room. Food and drink are standard quality and price for football venues. Toilets are basic.

Classic inner-london ground with the history and charisma of an old stadium. This means however that facilities are dated and the fan experience needs to be brought into modern standards.

Great little stadium fans are so close to the action and on an evening under the lights it has a superb atmosphere and really gets the heart pumping .
Family orientated club, Reasonable priced, watch out for kids for a quid and match day special offers

Very cool and badly run place, hostile and unfriendly. Cramped and no care about the paying customer. Hate going there!

Loftus Road Stadium is one of the oldest and most intimate football grounds I've visited which on balance is good for Queens Park Rangers supporters. The stadium first and foremost is easily accessible by virtue of different train links. Also, seats more often not are close to the pitch which means you'll typically feel like you're on top of the action even if the view of the game from your seat is obstructed to some degree. That's often the case for the uninitiated by the way. There are downsides: forget about buying a beer or just about anything else at the break unless you leave your seat before the half is over. The food and drink service run by the Loftus Road Stadium operator is incredibly inefficient and archaic. As such, most miss out at the half including the club in the form of additional revenue. It's still a good place to watch football given the atmosphere, passionate fans and what's usually a competitive club. You R's!
