Today myself and my friend were celebrating her birthday in Westfields Shopping Centre, the first thing my friend said was about these amazing cupcakes she had last time she visited Westfields. So, today we saw the stand and both rushed over.



I have just enjoyed a banoffee cupcake with a brew and even after many hours of being carried around in the most adorable little box ever and in warm conditions from the car it was the most delicious cupcake I have ever had. The cupcake was so light and fluffy, the icing was so delicate and soft � I can't wait to try more deliciousness from their stands!

Ordered a fabulous vegan chocolate cake and was so pleased with it. Thank you for offering a vegan option, means a lot �. Delivery was fast and on time, price was really reasonable and cake was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be ordering again in the future. Thank you ���

Oh My! I happened across your outlet at Victoria station today and spotted the vegan range. After failing miserably to get any sweet vegan treat from the other food outlets I was a little bit a excited at the prospect if the chocolate brownie. Definitely the best I have ever eaten thank you!

I wanted something a little different for the office for my birthday from the usual Krispy Kreme donuts. This was my first order. A trouble free simple online order. The cakes were delivered on time, excellently packaged and in perfect condition. My whole team felt spoilt. You get what you pay for and on this occasion, that means top quality cakes and service. I live in Australia but I’m from the uk. When I came home for Xmas my bestie can down from Birmingham to the Isle of Wight with heaps of your cupcakes that she hadn’t stopped talking about..and OMG they are the best cupcakes I’ve ever eaten. We have nothing that compares here in Australia which is very sad and makes me reconsider living here...

I have been serving frantically for a vegan cake, my daughter is allergic to egg and vegan is the safest option for her. I found Lola cupcakes and phoned on Monday and amazingly they said they could order one for the next day. The cake was delicious. I was expecting a heavy overs sweet cake but it was like and delicious. We tried many places over the year and this is the first time that my daughter enjoys her cake. Thanks �

Lovely cupcakes, very moreish and plenty of flavours. Took off a star because my sister purchased the mixed box of a regular cupcake and 4 minis, unfortunately due to the design of the box for the cupcakes, the 4 mini cupcakes weren't in securely and we found them laid on their side and squashed into the regular cupcake!! Wanted to take a photo of the pretty cupcakes but couldn't because they were all squashed into one another! � Maybe redesign on the cupcake holders? Overall still enjoyed the cupcakes.

I bought two cupcakes Wednesday for me and my boyfriend on our weekend to London from Brent Cross shopping centre and they were absolutely divine. I have never tasted a cupcake so fresh. The staff were friendly, accepted my student discount code with no fuss. The box and bag are both such a cute design too. Sadly, i will have to wait untill we visit London again since there is no stall anywhere in Wales. Which is the reason I've rated 4 stars not 5. Please bring your tasty treats to Wales.

I really love your Cupcakes BUT I went to the shop today in Leicester Square Station & they were just cleaning up. So an annoyed employee told me it’s closed & he was throwing everything away. I understand if it’s closed & you have to throw it away, but I would have paid for one, seeing it being thrown away is just so disappointing. If you’re a nice customer you could give out food, that actually lands in the dumpster. We have enough food waste already, don’t like you participating in it. Very disappointed..

I just bought 2 mini cupcakes - one red velvet & the other salted caramel - from Lola’s Kings Cross (upstairs just past the underground £1.75 each. As I was waiting for my train to Darlington I decided to have them. Very disappointing ���... the red velvet one didn’t taste fresh and I couldn’t eat the salted caramel one at all because it was so STALE that the wrapper wouldn’t even come off .... to say I’m disappointed is an understatement ���

Cupcakes are normally very nice. Mothers day cake was nice however the chocolate rosette cake was little hard wasn’t impressed with the flavour either.

Really disappointed this year. Second year when I’m ordering cake for my son’s birthday. Compering to last year, this time cake “Chocolate Heaven” was really dry. Shame we had to bin it. Although decorating looks very nice! Giving 2 stars as I bought Oreos cupcake with happy birthday writing for morning treat for my son, and again it was dry and tasteless. Sorry, but won’t recommend it for others.

Your delivery vehicle caused chaos in Richmond today blocking the footpath meaning pedestrians were forced to walk on a busy road. It was impossible for anyone with a pushchair or wheelchair to get past as they would not have been able to get down the kerb. When your driver was asked to move he was abusive to the crowd and said he had been told to park there by Lola's. A woman with a pushchair asked if she was expected to push her baby into the busy road to get past and he was extremely rude to her too.

Ruined Valentine’s Day. I ordered well in advance and not only were they never delivered I wasn’t even told until it was too late! I got a late service delivery of an hour and then nothing. Businesses should prepare if they know they are going to be busy not just ruin people’s orders.

Rude and obnoxious ‘service’ when we enquired whether we could still buy a birthday cupcake as they were closing up but rather than just saying ‘we’re closed’ he had to be sarcastic and say ‘no I’m not closed I’m just counting up for the fun of it.’ A sour end to our birthday, we won’t be buying Lola’s again.

I tried lola's cupcake in westfield shopping center as i am fan of red velvet but it was a gr8 disappointment as the frosting was just of no taste i didnt liked at all.
