A fantastic hospital in every way. I can’t praise it highly enough. The nurses are professional, knowledgeable and caring. Nothing is too much trouble.
Nearly all the nurses that looked after me were from Europe and were without exception outstanding. I hope that Brexit will not stop these superb people from coming to work here.
Thank you all.

The best hospital that I've ever attended. Great service. Excellent doctors.

I had a course of physiotherapy at London Bridge Hospital for my neck. The therapist was very knowledgeable and professional and helped my symptoms. One of the biggest positives was that she helped me to see where I was going wrong and I felt empowered to return to my goals. The department is also based in the Shard with a brand new, well equipped gym as an added bonus! I would highly recommend going here for treatment.

Amazing hospital with outstanding staff. I stayed 4 days at the hospital due to a back surgery and the staff always made me feel at home . Highly recommended.

I can't recommend this hospital enough - I went for a minor procedure and the staff were so kind and really put me at ease. First class doctor too - Dr Anderson is an expert gastroenterologist. Thank you!

Just called to book an appointment with a Doctor. I couldn't do it online as the system wasn't working properly. I spoke to the rudest person ever (receptionist). They weren't interested in helping at all. Not going to call again. Avoid if you can.

for international Students/Asians DONT ever go here (unless you are very rich). This hospital is fast service but it's expensive and NO results, I went for urology consultation. They asked me to check urine test, and at the end of the day, they only charged me 250 for that day. After I got the results for urine test 3 days later from the call, they said they got nothing, and expecting me to go for another consultation. However, I didn't go and I go to registered NHS which they found the results even though it took 1 week. The worst thing is that, after 2 months of that day, this hospital (LBH) sent me a letter and asked me to pay 370 pounds for ultrasound and 70 pounds for urine test. and I don't understand why they didn't say it at first or charged me on that day. Are they expecting me to return again? and so do more consultation and check up? so really regret.

Poor aftercare in my case, no communication between surgeon and nurses, came in with an infection after surgery and they asked me what they should do :S

Arrived here after a disastrous and potentially fatal misdiagnosis at the nhs hospital. My mother got fantastic consultant and the most brilliant care and attention from all staff from the top down to the cleaner and catering staff and the porter. I had to pinch myself that this was all real. Wonderful room overlooking Thames with hotel facilities and the best food ever quality and gourmet. Cheers to ward 5 staff from grateful New Zealanders.

Excellent, polite and highly friendly staff at every point of contact. Beautiful, pristine facilities. The physio I was recommended to see is highly knowledgable, amiable and enthusiastic. I am looking forward to continuing the sessions in The Shard. Greatly recommended.
