great place to be in london

User

What can I say, although we were late for their published "tea time", they whisked one up, perfectly presented and just what was needed. The staff were superb, friendly, efficient and unobtrusive..... until you needed one and then they were at your side instantly.

The surroundings are quiet and understated but with that quality you get by not trying " too hard".....

Worth every penny !!! And we will return.

What a beautiful hotel, luxury at its best. We stayed 13th July and loved it. Fantastic friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast. I would highly recommend a stay here.

User

We had a lovely stay at London bridge hotel in late August. Our room was always clean and tidy. Breakfast was definitely worth the extra cost and service was great. The location can’t be beat, right off of London bridge and near the borough market. We easily accessed public transit (both tube and bus) to get to further spots, but many sites were walkable. We would definitely return!

User

We checked in this beautiful hotel on the 09/12/2017 for one night and could not praise it enough! The rooms were lovely, bed was comfy and the breakfast was superb. Their Xmas decorations were beautiful and so was the bar!! Great value for money, would highly recommend

User

This was our 1st stay here and we are very pleased to have found this little gem! Location was perfect, room was very comfortable, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff, thank you, we will be back in December 😁

User

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. Wonderful friendly staff, very helpful. Room was a bit on the small side but only staying one night. Bed and pillows were so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. Am sure will be there again. Hopefully will get a bit bigger room and perhaps on the 4th or 5th floor, I think it would be a bit quieter on a higher floor. Booked and paid by my company but nevertheless good value considering where it is situated. Thanks for a wonderful stay. (Suzanne Hurman)

This is the 5th time we've stayed here. This hotel and its staff never fail to deliver. The rooms are clean, well furnished and spacious. The breakfast superb, with a buffet including fresh fruit, full English as well as cereals and pastries. The staff (especially the concierge) are always friendly and accommodating. Finally, the location. With the shard and river walks at one end of the street and borough market at the other as well as the newly refurbished London Bridge tins station a 100 yards or so away what's not to like.

User

Stayed in London Bridge Hotel in May this year had a lovely time room was great very clean and breakfast was fantastic too much food for me but my hubby loved it, will be back loved London so much to see and our Hotel next too the Shard lovely view from Hotel door .

User

Lovely hotel. Our rooms were delightful; clean, comfortable, and tidy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The hotel is very close to the train station and the tube. Close by is the Buroughs Market, which is phenomenal. We would definitely stay there again if and when we return to London.

User

Just returned from a nights stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfy, hotel was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and a fantastic central location. Would definitely stay again.

User

I have been a client for years and it is by far one of the best places I have stayed. The staff is amazing. Paul and Robert are the best concierge team on the planet. Nick knows how to manage . They are all very helpful and know their stuff..they go out if the way to make their clients feel incredible. The front desk staff are attentive and very polite. It feels like coming home.

User

Great hotel at a great price (booked direct) with a perfect location for Borough Market, The Shard, The News Building and Jubilee and Northern line connections to North of the river. Comfortable room, good breakfast and one minor problem dealt with quickly by the concierge. Will stay again, I'm sure.

User

Been here twice.. once for new year and a few months later for my birthday. Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms and beds are amazing. Food was lovely and the bar was a nice place to retreat to after a long day. Excellent location for sight seeing. Most things are within walking distance or a short bus trip / river tip away. I absolutely love this hotel and can't wait to return

User

Very good experience staying at London Bridge hotel and it was nearby my office London The Shard.. Received welcome letter for first time visitor and a good gesture..

User

Really nice hotel, & literally a stones throw from the Shard

User

Great location - literally right next to the Shard. Room was modern, clean and tidy. Only criticism I have was our room was right near the gym so we were woken at 6:30 this morning by the loud thudding of the treadmills and other gym equipment. Not ideal when you come for a break and want a lie in!

User

Excellent stay, well positioned for the Southbank, Shard, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Borough Market, HMS Belfast, great bars and restaurants... Have several stays booked over the next few months. Staff all lovely and very friendly welcome.

User

We made a reservation for Afternoon Tea following a visit to The Shard, however when we arrived there was no record of our reservation, which seems to happen a lot having read some other reviews. On a positive note, the staff were very accommodating and the Afternoon Tea that we received was excellent, a wide variety of sandwiches and gorgeous cakes. We would recommend to friends but would ask for an email confirmation of booking.
