I have been a regular customer for many years and the service has always been excellent. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, and will "go the extra mile" to help answering queries and getting items, I have bought new equipment and part exchanged my equipment over the years and would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Always made to feel welcome every time I enter the store. The staff are always friendly and have a vast amount of knowledge on the equipment they sell and, of course photography. This is my first stop for any equipment new and second hand.

Bought a selfie stick here that acts as a tripod with bluetooth connectivity, £25

We told them we didnt know much about cameras so they did a deal of £380 for a canon 1300d which is normally £310 and the guy was rude.

Went into the Sailsbury store to buy a lense for my D300, had piece of paper with details of a recommended one for my use, did see one on shelf brand new, a sales assistant asked approach for help, showed him the paper, to be told they had no second hand ones and basically was rude about the whole issue, I was going to buy the new one but after his attitude and lack of customer service. I won't be returning.
