LATE Mr. Narendra Mehta MBE. , having been totally blind since the age of one, developed a highly sensitive power of touch. He had over 25 years experience in bodywork and had studied various hands-on therapies.

In 1978, he went to India to research "head massage" and subsequently developed his own unique therapy of Indian Head Massage (Champissage™), based on the traditional form of Champi and his own experience as a practising therapist. He had been working for over 20 years as a physical therapist and as a manipulative therapist and had been running Indian Head Massage (now known as Indian Champissage™). Later, Mr Narendra Mehta with his wife Kundan Mehta introduced “ Natural Face Lift Massage” and followed by with is Godson Moses introduced “ Ayurvedic (KV) Foot Massage courses.

He established the L. C. I. C. in 1995 and trained students both in the UK and abroad. After his passing away on the 1st Feb 2011, his dear wife Mrs Kundan and their Godson Mr Moses who have been very closely working with him for several years are now continuing the great work left behind by Late Narendra Mehta.
