We've bought two cargo bikes from LGC now and both times the service has been fab (and very very patient!). They're perfectly happy to answer a thousand questions and let you test every bike in the shop if you need to.

So helpful. Awesome utility bikes and a wealth of knowledge.

One of a select few of genuinely amazing bikeshops in London. They know their products really, well and facilitate getting people on to bikes. We have a Bakfiets, and it has revolutionised our world.

My business couldn't survive without London Green Cycles. 5 stars aren't enough.

Made an order from these guys back in December for my Nihola which needed some upgrades.

I exchanged about 10 emails with the sales men who were extremely helpful and managed to guide me and help me selecting the correct gear.

They shipped everything to me in a very timely manner and everything arrived safe and sound.

Would definitely recommend these guys even to ship things abroad.

Great service, pre- and post-sale, in the shop and on delivery.

Great customer experience. Staff was really nice and helpful. We hired a cycle for one day as my nieces were in town and I wanted them to experience London by bike. I will definitely recommend the place and the bikes. Totally worth it.

Fantastic place. They were so cool sorting my 10 yo out with his bike and making sure it was set up correctly. Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Can't recommend highly enough.

Bought a second hand Christiania and some other bits. Staff could not have been friendlier (I spoke to Matt). Answered all of my emails really quickly. Very happy - thanks!

At first a great experience that soon turned bad. My battery died one day, and as I write I'm still waiting for it, soon 1 month. The service policy is 48 hours. They do hardy reply to emails and are not proactive at all. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store. As long as your bike works I guess it's fine, but the risk is you will end up where I am if things go wrong. I suggest you research the market and look elsewhere for a supplier of a work or electric bike.
