good service but uber is 40% cheaper than you

Great service. I ran into an issue (all my fault) and they bent over backwards to accommodate me. Wound up using them again already just because I was impressed with the service the first time.

Very prompt and professional service by the bookings team and especially by the driver. I was picked up by a driver called ‘Fiaz’ driving a Mercedes Benz car, from London Heathrow few weeks back after a long and tiring flight. The drop off was another hour away however the service provided by this gentleman was better than the first class flight I just come off. His polite manner and in-car presentation (candy, water, newspaper, access to WiFi) all under one roof was outstanding and really uplifted my mood. I never thought it was possible to receive such a service from a cab driver however he proved me wrong. I don’t normally provide feedback however I felt that it was necessary to applaud the services by the this company and especially the driver. I did however take a sneaky picture of inside the car to show friends and colleagues which I have attached. I will certainly book with this company again and if possible ask for the same driver

Extremely rude and racist Driver. ( who verbally threatened me)
I was picked up from London heathrow 29 th Sept by Driver Abdullah.( he probably thought that he is prince Abdullah)
It was a nightmare journey. For whatever reason the driver had a bad attitude. It all started when he stared playing some music. I politely asked to turn it down as I was jet lagged from a transatlantic flight. He pretended not hear me. After asking him many times he reluctantly complied.From this point on he marked for assination. He turned the AC off. I asked him to turn it on. He said put the shutter down in a rude tone. I asked hi whether AC was broken in such a new car. Then the racial slurs came piling on. He assumed I am Indian and said , I am not a taxi driver from India I not going to take this CR.P. I said what's going on. He was extremely violent racing away, going on insulting me.i am a physician, not a MMA fighter. I feared for my life and decided that the best course was to keep quiet and reach my final destination in Bankside. It was the worst 45 min of my life where I feared my life from a potential thug. They may where a suit and pick you up in an e class mercedes but they are down right vicious and violent lot.( when you pay 140 pounds for a pick up and drop off, you at least expect a professional drive rather than fear your life during )

A great service! The driver arrived before time and helped with our bags. The trip was quick and driver was very polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

Amazing service, so quick and as promised, in fact, more than what was promised. Main thing is the gulf in class from these guys and other services in Heathrow especially. You get so many cowboys these days, I am glad I stuck with a friend's recommendation on this and was served by only the best. Definitely using them again and recommend to all!

I was misled by this comments, can t be five stars all the time, lyers!!!! More expensive than real london taxis made me pay for car park, got lost on the way didn t have clue where an iconic hotel is, on my way back we took black cab was in £65 cheaper than this private cars and enjoy the experience with knowledgeable cabby, i recommend you walk out and get proper taxi

I must say that drivers and service that I received from this cab company was brilliant. Me and my family booked the cab in advance to drop us to the airport. The driver arrived 15 mins early and also helped us with our bags. I highly recommend London Heathrow Cars.

Excellent service. Prompt arrival, clean vehicle and friendly driver. Have used this company many times, very reliable service- they don't cancel when they please like uber do!!
