I attended one of Monica's workshops about using social media to improve my business's internet presence. I found it really informative, interesting and it gave me an enormous amount to think about and action when I got home. The other ladies on the course were lovely and the enthusiasm and energy with which Monica taught the subject matter were infectious. It was very unintimidating - I didn't feel daft for being a facebook virgin! I would highly recommend signing up if your small business needs a bit more publicity - everything Monica proposed using is free and highly effective.
