Who are London Olympians?London Olympians is a branch of Toastmasters International, a non-profit educational organisation that has been developing public speaking and leadership skills through practice and feedback in local clubs since 1924. London Olympians was formed in 2002. We meet at Grange Strathmore Hotel in South Kensington on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Thursdays of the month. What do we do? The purpose of Toastmasters is to help members overcome apprehensions about speaking in public and to improve their communication skills. This is accomplished by providing a self-paced, fun and focused speaking programme with a supportive and experienced group of people to assist.
