We are a branch of BECTU representing Professional Sound, Lighting and Video Engineers working in and around the Live Music and Live Events in London venues.

We are a group of Sound, Lighting and Video technicians in London in the beginning phases of starting a trade union.

The union will follow current successful models in TV, Broadcast and West End Theatre. Our strategy to target and eradicate problems in the following five key areas:

- Fair pay rates across London Venues

- Breaks

- Cancellation fees

- Legal Aid

- Health and Safety
