Its harvest-day at Long Furlong Barns! After a long, blisteringly hot summer, the many acres of farmland around the barns have finally been harvested!

The Long Furlong Barn Team would like to congratulate Vicki and Ross, a fabulous couple married at 2pm, Friday 27th July. The Granary and Cart Shed looked spectacular, particularly enhanced by the illuminated 'LOVE' letters from Mulberry Events, and with glorious weather (and a brief thunderstorm!), a perfect start to their wedded lives. Vicki said; "I am just so happy - and surprisingly relaxed and chilled! This is not like me! I am having a wonderful day." Thanks Vicki, and best wishes to you both.

Wow, what a venue and what a day! We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding in August. Dom and co were absolutely wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The whole process was just easy and we were so happy with the outcome. The suppliers all know each other really well so it all seemed to fit together so well. We loved the outside PA system allowing you to have music wherever you are in the venue. We had 120 people who fitted perfectly into the large barn without being squashed. There are plenty of bits and bobs that the barn own which help to add extra touches. Top tip - look at the barns previous weddings for ideas of what other people have done! Thank you so much Dom for everything, we will never forget our wonderful day and I'm sure will be back to visit! Amy and Jon xxx

We rarely write reviews, but our experience with Long Furlong Barn definitely calls for a five star review. The venue is just beautiful, and so many of our guests were really complimentary about it. It looks stunning with fairly simple decorations and the layout of the barn and the ceremony room with a big courtyard between the two made for a great flow; our guests could mingle and relax with plenty of space. The bridal room is a great plus too! Everyone involved with our wedding was superb; every question was answered clearly and promptly, nothing was too much trouble and the day itself was absolutely wonderful. Dom was superb on our wedding day; he was welcoming, calm and attentive, but so friendly and reassuring to us and our guests. They were able to give us lots of helpful advice and suggestions for all aspects of the wedding from how to decorate, to how the day should run, and small things like where the cake should be placed in the room - and they certainly knew what they were talking about.



Our wedding day was a dream, everything ran to plan with no issues at all. The staff were present and helpful without seeming intrusive, I'm sure the day went perfectly largely thanks to Josh and the team. Josh and the family were so lovely and we wish both them, and all future couples getting married here, all the best. We had our wedding at long furlong barn in October. We loved the history and the rustic barn features, and having access to get ready in the bridal suite was a lovely touch. The location was brilliant too- such easy access yet in the beautiful countryside.

We had our wedding at Long Furlong in July. It is a fantastic venue, set in beautiful surroundings, many of our guests commented on what a lovely venue it was. Josh and Emily were brilliant from the start, and made sure everything ran smoothly. They were both very helpful. One of the main reasons we picked Long Furlong was we could plan the day how we wanted it, rather than at other venues we visited, where we were told what we could and couldn't do. This was definitely the case, Emily and Josh offered advise based on their experience of previous weddings at the barn, but all decisions were ours.

Myself and my now wife Kerry got married here on January 29th 2016. From our first enquiry/visit up until the big day everyone we had contact with could not of been more helpful. The venue itself is set in a stunning location, and having got married on a blustery January day this did not make one bit of difference to the day at all!! We comfortably had room for our 80 guests. In the run up to the day no request or question was big or small and the guys even accommodated all our requests, including a last minute trip to DIY store! On the day itself Josh was a great help ensuring that the day flowed as planned and always around when necessary! Literally cannot thank the team for all their support and our day was absolutely perfect - cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend for anyone looking at potential venues. The cart shed is perfect for ceremony and provides the real intimate surrounding we wanted. With regards to suppliers we used and would highly recommend Wild & Green flowers (still looking great 2 weeks later), Circa Catering (Liv was great on the day in ensuring all, including non catering items, were taken care of) and To Have & Hire Events foe venue styling (literally made our vision a reality)

The Venue itself is absolutely stunning & all of our guests commented on what a brilliant place it was. Emily & Josh were fantastic, they were both so helpful & friendly. I was at Steven and Sams wedding on Monday which was lovely made extra special by the staff at Long Furlong Barn who made each guest feel special nothing was to much trouble, some restraunts could learn from them on how to serve hot food to all parties without making others wait. I always knew I wanted to get married at Long Furlong when I drove past it a couple of years ago when it had first started doing weddings and functions. I googled it instantly and had my sights set! Then, last year when I was proposed to, we viewed several very pretty barns within West Sussex, but nothing captured our hearts like this one. My dream had come true!



Emily and Josh have been exceptional. The communication, advice, and support have been second to none. They are so lovely and so easy to talk to. The barn has so much flexibility and each wedding fair, and wedding we have seen has been completely different and so personal to the happy couple.



The day itself was so magical and incredible. It was beyond what I could ever imagine and I would do anything to relive it. The setting was beautiful and although there is a busy road right outside, you are lost within the rolling hills and views, you forget there is even a world outside the barn.



Long Furlong Barn is truly the most beautiful barn in West Sussex, and words cannot describe our gratitude.

Having been an Event Manager for many years, I thought picking a venue for our wedding was going to be really tough - however we fell in love with LFB from the very start! A grade 2 listed building set in a stunning view of the South Downs, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to start our married life. They were able to give us lots of helpful advice and suggestions for all aspects of the wedding from how to decorate, to how the day should run, and small things like where the cake should be placed in the room - and they certainly knew what they were talking about.



Our wedding day was a dream, everything ran to plan with no issues at all. The staff were present and helpful without seeming intrusive, I'm sure the day went perfectly largely thanks to Josh and the team. Josh and the family were so lovely and we wish both them, and all future couples getting married here, all the best. Thank you Long Furlong Barn for making our special day even better than we could have ever imagined.

We had the most perfect wedding day at Long Furlong Barn, all the staff are so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel at home from the moment you meet them. Gemma was organising and running our day and I can't speak highly enough of her, she was absolutely fantastic. The day ran smoothly, the food from circa was gorgeous and all our guests have been talking non-stop about how lovely the venue is, and how amazing the day was. It really was the best day of our lives and we and our guests will remember it forever. Thankyou!!!

We had our wedding on the 13th May at Long Furlong Barn; what can I say? The service was nothing but faultless. Josh & Emily could not do enough to help, they were incredibly organised, and the event lived up to and exceeded our expectations. Not only was the actual event fantastic, but the service prior to the event could not have been better, incredibly responsive to emails, flexible. We had our wedding at long furlong barn in October. We loved the history and the rustic barn features, and having access to get ready in the bridal suite was a lovely touch. The location was brilliant too- such easy access yet in the beautiful countryside.

Josh and Emily provided a fantastic service throughout the process and on the day which felt very personal - we certainly didn't feel like 'just another couple'.

We had our wedding at Long Furlong in July. It is a fantastic venue, set in beautiful surroundings, many of our guests commented on what a lovely venue it was. Josh and Emily were brilliant from the start, and made sure everything ran smoothly. They were both very helpful. One of the main reasons we picked Long Furlong was we could plan the day how we wanted it, rather than at other venues we visited, where we were told what we could and couldn't do. This was definitely the case, Emily and Josh offered advise based on their experience of previous weddings at the barn, but all decisions were ours.

We had our day on Friday 27.07.2018 and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Josh Vicki and James made us feel very relaxed from the day we chose the venue and we cannot thank James enough for making the day run so smoothly. Myself and my now wife Kerry got married here on January 29th 2016. From our first enquiry/visit up until the big day everyone we had contact with could not of been more helpful. The venue itself is set in a stunning location, and having got married on a blustery January day this did not make one bit of difference to the day at all!! We comfortably had room for our 80 guests. In the run up to the day no request or question was big or small and the guys even accommodated all our requests, including a last minute trip to DIY store! On the day itself Josh was a great help ensuring that the day flowed as planned and always around when necessary! Literally cannot thank the team for all their support and our day was absolutely perfect - cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend for anyone looking at potential venues. The cart shed is perfect for ceremony and provides the real intimate surrounding we wanted. With regards to suppliers we used and would highly recommend Wild & Green flowers (still looking great 2 weeks later), Circa Catering (Liv was great on the day in ensuring all, including non catering items, were taken care of) and To Have & Hire Events foe venue styling (literally made our vision a reality)

My husband & I were married at Long Furlong Barn just over 6 weeks ago and we had the most perfect Autumnal day, it was everything we could have wished for! The Venue itself is absolutely stunning & all of our guests commented on what a brilliant place it was. Emily & Josh were fantastic, they were both so helpful & friendly. In the run up to our big day when working with Emily-she was very organised & efficient, which was so reassuring, as we knew we were in very good hands! On the day they were both quietly making sure all went smoothly & to plan, but were extremely subtle. It truly is such a Wonderful Venue, run by Amazing people & we had our absolute Dream Wedding Day!

I was at Steven and Sams wedding on Monday which was lovely made extra special by the staff at Long Furlong Barn who made each guest feel special nothing was to much trouble, some restraunts could learn from them on how to serve hot food to all parties without making others wait. I always knew I wanted to get married at Long Furlong when I drove past it a couple of years ago when it had first started doing weddings and functions. I googled it instantly and had my sights set! Then, last year when I was proposed to, we viewed several very pretty barns within West Sussex, but nothing captured our hearts like this one. My dream had come true!



Emily and Josh have been exceptional. The communication, advice, and support have been second to none. They are so lovely and so easy to talk to. The barn has so much flexibility and each wedding fair, and wedding we have seen has been completely different and so personal to the happy couple.



The day itself was so magical and incredible. It was beyond what I could ever imagine and I would do anything to relive it. The setting was beautiful and although there is a busy road right outside, you are lost within the rolling hills and views, you forget there is even a world outside the barn.



Long Furlong Barn is truly the most beautiful barn in West Sussex, and words cannot describe our gratitude.

Having been an Event Manager for many years, I thought picking a venue for our wedding was going to be really tough - however we fell in love with LFB from the very start! A grade 2 listed building set in a stunning view of the South Downs, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to start our married life. Choosing a wedding venue can be so difficult, particularly in beautiful Sussex. Long Furlong Barn has two major assets; firstly the barn(s) are beautiful. Second Emily, Josh & the team are first class. On our first visit we were so impressed with the ambiance, location & outstanding style of the barn. The layout is perfect for both ceremony & reception & whilst we did add a few decorations, the internal quality of lighting, sound, furniture & equipment is stunning. Equally both Josh & Emily gave us confidence that every detail would be taken care of to ensure the day was perfect. Information & advice was provided promptly without any pressure.

So choosing Long Furlong Barn for our March wedding was easy. From booking through to the day everything was exceptional. The team liaised with other suppliers so we didn't need to worry, they followed our requests to the letter but also provided invaluable advice where we needed help. On the day, Josh ensured everything ran to plan, which meant we could focus completely on each other & our guests.

We cannot express how wonderful our day at Long Furlong was, everyone commented on the beauty of the barn & the coordination of the day. If you are looking for perfection it is the venue to choose.
