Who would like to make their own Shamanic Drum????? We are looking into running a full long day workshop where you will be able to make your own shamanic drum. It will be £245 pp with a £75 non refundable deposit, this will include the ceremony, journeying, materials, tuition etc etc and refreshments. It will be all day from 09:30 until late, It may be as late as 7:30-8 pm) The day will include meditation in the morning before we start, and perhaps a small ceremony too, then we will begin the making of the drums in ceremony, and their beaters followed by journeying to meet the spirit of the drum.
If this is something you will be interested in please let us know. If can get 4 or more people together then we will be able to go ahead and run the workshop. 😍😍

Lovely wee shop, for anything holistic, with the really helpful Lisa who helped me today selecting some special semi precious stones. I love the sound baths held there with Emma & plan to go along to some singing bowl & healing lessons. Well worth the wee drive over to Long Melford.

Lisa is a Awsome therapist my friend and I had a hour long reflexology .After the treatment which was infused with reiki .you are in seveneth Heaven .Her healing hands just send you off onto a journey until she calls you back .Afterwards i had the privedge of sitting inside a copper pyarmid for a hour to ground myself and had a wonderful mindfulness meditation .Cant wait to go again .Thank you Lisa we sailed home on cloud 9 and both had a great full nights sleep .

Just had an amazing treatment, full body aromatherapy, Indian head and reflexology. As a therapist myself I can be very picky and find it difficult to relax but I have to say Lisa's treatment was one of the best I have had. Thankyou so much! I will be back again soon for some more pampering. �

I go here for facials and reflexology Lisa is great at her job , I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I would recommend this place to anyone ��

Lisa, Cosmo and Jodie are three beautiful welcoming souls, and you get to meet some lovely people too.

The shop itself is a little peace of heaven for those who love all things spiritual.

Bohemian Dreams is not only a beautiful shop selling a wide range of products - crystals, books, tarot cards, incense etc.,etc. - it is also a holistic centre for treatments (Reiki, reflexology etc.) delivered professionally by lovely Lisa and her team, Gong Baths, workshops, amazing Meditation sessions etc. Lisa is very welcoming, her treatments are excellent and the workshops and sessions are just amazing. I speak from experience, and I highly recommend Bohemian Dreams. It is my second home!

Attended a guided meditation here this evening. This week's theme was chakra balancing, wonderful guided imagery interspersed with beautiful sounds. Feeling fantastic. The shop has a wonderful feel to it with many beautiful items to purchase. Can't wait to visit again next time I am in Suffolk.
