Long Mountain Centre pony trekking is a fully licensed family run centre. We welcome visitors of all ages and abilities. All treks are accompanied by friendly, experienced guides who know the surrounding mountains and bridleways. All the horses are carefully chosen for their kind nature and sensible temperament.

Took my son for his first riding experience today for his 3rd birthday. Such a lovely place and really friendly helpful staff. Lottie was a total treasure of a mare and looked after him so well. He loved every minute and even managed a trot. Really pleased to find somewhere lovely that’s happy to let a 3 year old out one of their ponies. Highly recommend.
Picturesque views, lovely people and a phenominal place. Ideal for romantic breaks away, long stays or just to pop down for a ride on the horses. Absoloutley lovely place and we will be coming again!

Had a lovely time pony trekking at Long Mountain. The staff were brilliant as we were a mixed bunch of riders from beginners to experienced. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and will be doing something like this again. Thank you
