Had a good experience here, the staff were fabulous, will definitely come back again!!!

Ordered bag from Longchamp 6 weeks ago which was not delivered. Went back to Longchamp who said they would investigate. Six weeks later no response. Say they have to wait for courier to get back to them. My contract was with them not the courier. I don't want your bag now. I will never shop with Longchamp again. I just want my money back. I have never been treated like this before. Disgusted
