Yesterday I had the pleasure of massaging a lady who had her 102nd birthday a few days before. Part of her bucket list was to have a massage. She really enjoyed it, and it was a lovely experience for me to be able to help her tick something off wish list.

Speaking to one of my clients, they told me that when I first went mobile they weren’t sure they would like having treatments at home as much as they did in a salon. They now say they wouldn’t have it any other way. So I thought I’d list a few of the things that my clients have found beneficial from me coming to their home.
1. Parking!!!!!
You can leave the stress of trying to find a parking space all to me. And if you’re in a town where you would have to pay for parking, I ...save you that expense too.
2. Relax and chill.
After a massage or facial you can relax with a cup of tea in your own home without having to come back to reality with a bump by venturing out into bright sunlight or cold and wet weather. Also, we don’t always look our best after a facial!! 😬
3. Wet Nails.
Even after putting your coat on and paying before your therapist polishes your nails, you still have to navigate getting home. Wether it’s keys, seatbelts, or handbags, there’s a risk you’ll smudge your new manicure. Me coming to you means you can sit and relax until it’s safe to use your hands. The same with a pedicure. There is nothing worse then trying to walk in the rain in flip flops with your feet sliding about from being massaged with greasy foot cream.
4. Childcare
No need to try and find a babysitter, or worrying that your children are touching something they shouldn’t be in a salon. They can stay in their own environment with their own toys to occupy them.
5. Great for less mobile people
Being able to stay in your own home instead of struggling to a salon and back is essential for some people. I am also a visitor and company for people who can’t get out much.
6. Friendship
To let someone into your home to treat you requires a certain amount of trust. You also need to feel completely comfortable with that person. I have built a closer relationship with a lot of the people I visit because of this. I can now call so many of my clients my friends. This is more of a benefit to me ☺️

I’m a bit late in posting this but the summer was so busy it just flew by. It was 3 years at the beginning of August that I went mobile. I can’t thank everyone enough who has supported me and kept me so busy, I’m extremely grateful. I love my job and all the friends I’ve made because of it. Thanks again everyone 😘
