Lose inches and gain a shapely, toned body. Often described as a cross between ballet, yoga and pilates. These exeercises were devised by the world famous contemporary dancer, Lotte Berk.
Set to music, muscles are strengthened and shaped by small sustained movements and then stretched out to achieve:
