My passion to help people with life’s emotional and mental struggles through counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy began when I suffered with acute anxiety at the age of 23. I am now 42. This was terrifying for me, but found solace through psychotherapy and hypnotherapy.
Emotional and mental problems can be very frightening and debilitating and remove the joy and happiness from our lives that we all deserve. Addictions which are psychological or habitual, such as smoking or eating can start from being annoying to taking over ones life. Therefore, my personal aspiration and own internal values are to offer clients a safe, empathic, comfortable, relaxed environment. I feel it paramount to be non-judgemental and to genuinely listen to each of my client needs so we can work together to ease any pain that you have and achieve your goals.
