I've studied Hatha and Ante Natal /Pregnancy Yoga with BSY

I will be holding classes starting 2014 for Vinyasa Yoga (combining postures with breath control). . . . Vinyasa meaning "Flow"
Classes will be for all levels

For Ante Natal Yoga I will be holding classes and also 1-1 sessions in the privacy of the clients home.

All classes will be held in the Crewe and Nantwich area

Prices will be £5 per class for those on a 6 week block booking (paid in advance) or £6 per class for drop ins.
For 1-1 sessions price will be £20 per hour
