We are an environmental movement dedicated to educating on the facts of the Climate Crisis, empowering people to act, and inspiring hope of a better future. We are creative. We believe that part of the reason that we find ourselves in a crisis today is because we have disconnected ourselves from the natural world around us. We see it as a resource, not as our home. Louder Than The Storm produces and publishes creative pieces - written, visual and performed - to foster a sense of connection with the Earth and engage people with the issue of Climate Crisis as a result. We are educational. Climate Crisis is complex. Its reasons may be clear but it has wide-ranging implications. We strive to educate ordinary people, students and children on the intersectionality of the Climate Crisis, the global politics that are at play, and its possible solutions. We publish articles, digested information and analysis. We host informative events and conduct workshops which are free to attend and free to host. We are political. Climate Crisis is a human issue with political players. However, it is not a partisan issue nor should it be dominated by political agendas. We strive to expose political games at play and apply political pressure. Our political team breaks down big documents to make them accessible to everyone. They produce frequent political briefs that assess how political decisions are affecting the issue of global heating and environmental pollution. We encourage action. Our political team identifies policies that should be encouraged, and those that should not and creates petitions and templates for emails that you can sign and send to your MP.
