* Volunteers needed to help with Library videos *
The library is creating a series of student talking-head videos for inclusion in the induction and potentially in the Library's Know-How presentations. So, if any Undergraduate students would be interested in taking part, then please get in contact with Charlotte Greasley our Academic Librarian at C.Greasley@lboro.ac.uk
The type of questions they may be asked to reflect on are:... · What do you wish you’d been told about the Library that you know now? · What would be your top 3 tips for new students? · Why should you attend the Library’s workshops?

The process for becoming a Programme Rep is underway!
If you want to influence the learning and teaching for students on your course and to gain many employability skills, then why not nominate yourself to become a Programme Rep?
Programme Reps are elected by their peers to represent the opinions of students on their course at Student/Staff Liaison Committee meetings. As one of almost 500 Programme Reps at Loughborough, you will be part of one of the most influential groups o...n campus. It's also a great way to meet new people and we need Programme Reps from all Programmes and Parts.
No experience is needed for the role. An induction, training and support will be provided and you’ll also receive support from the VP Education, Student Voice Rep Support Team and your Programme President (Ryan Andrews).
Nominations are open until midnight 13th October. The voting period is 15th October until 19th October 2016. For more information and full details of the election process, please go to the Students’ Union’s rep election page (you need to log in, via the link near the top right of the page):
