The SA who attended to me was rly helpful. As i arrived, i asked for assistance and told me to write my name at the reception, i did, and they told me to have a look around and they’ll just call me when they have available SA. I sat there and didnt take long until somebody approached me. It was quick, as soon as i told them what i wanted they got it right away. Ddnt take too long and i went out carrying my LV bag. It was a great experience!

I paid a visit to my favorite London Store last week to purchase some SLG to put into my messanger bag. Gina Z was the Sales Associate with whom I had the pleasure of dealing with, nothing was too much trouble, she showed me good which she thought I may like, and even surprized me with an SLG I did not think I was able to obtain, needless to say one item turned into four items, and this was followed by refreshments, which was served in the classic LV way, as one would expect. I would NEVER use any other LV store when visiting London, I could have used Harrods LV or Selfridges Oxford St, but NO, I always go to, and always will go to Bond St, I have never had a problem there and cannot praise the store and its Sales Associates highly enough. Thank you Gina Z, I hope to see you in December when I call in again for more ideas and inspirations.

Had the best experience yesterday at the New Bond Street store. Claudio Leone served me, he was great - very knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much. I thoroughly enjoyed learning all the history and details around the new fragrances. I left very happy and with my beautiful new passport cover (and a few perfume samples which was a lovely touch).

Great service and felt welcomed into the store. Shopped in mens wear and bought an amazing belt. Best customer service ever, offered a warm drink or water while we waited to be served. We will be back....thank you Louis Vuitton new Bond street.

After visiting Harrods LV and Sloane St LV and being told the bag I wanted wasn't available anywhere, and then calling LV global and being told the same thing I turned up at New Bond st and was served by the loveliest SA who immediately located the bag for me and I walked out bag in hand and very happy! Thank you LV New Bond St for restoring my faith in UK LV!!

The door staff are very nice. They say good morning or good afternoon.

The meeters & greeters inside are rude just rude.

The sales girl was pleasant and helpful to me but to the rest of the staff you know what you are all just shop assistants and are no better than anyone who is spending hundreds of pounds in the shop that YOU are WORKING in. You don't own the company yet you sneer at the people who you are there to serve.

This is the second time I've been into this store & I hope never to go back.

You have to give your name on the iPad for someone to see you. Then kept ignoring us until asked after an hour or 2, said no one by the name of “Shelina” � check your list on Sunday 12/11/2017 at about 15.30

We wasn’t told when walking in we had to put our name on the iPad to get served. So wandered around the shop for 20 minutes trying to find a sales person. Then after name on iPad waited a further 20 minutes. Wanted to walk out a few times but was there to get my Christmas present with my husband and we don’t live in London. Eventually got seen by a helpful friendly young lady. Wasn’t a great experience.

We was asked if we would like any help, and was then told we would be put on a waiting list to have assistance... not interested in an overpopulated, waiting for assistance type of experience for the amount of money we was spending... 👎

Was there on 10th March at around 530pm. Saw 3 sales person standing at the entrance, standing side by side. One african british guy, one british lady and another gentleman. I approached one of the guys and asked about the availability of an item. He sort of shoved me to the african guy and said "you gotta move to the guy with an ipad". The african guy with an ipad nodded his head. I move to his side, expecting him to help me. However, i got a rude shock when he and the lady sales person continued to chat and laughing away although i was standing beside him. They completely ignored me until my female companion said "so are you going to help?" then the african guy checked his ipad and confirmed the item we wanted was not avaliable. Then suddenly he exclaimed with a laughter "mei you!"...which means out of stock im chinese. And the other 2 sales person exclaimed the same words and laugh nonstop. In summary, they were actually mocking as us being asians, although we converse in good english with them. They continued to laugh until we left the store in disgust. I have experienced excellent customer service at LV everywhere until i stepped foot into this store. Never did i expect to be treated with such disrespect by the 3 horribly rude LV employees. Needless to say, i ended up getting a wallet from another luxury store at old bond street. LV communication team, your sales team are supposed to garner business for LV, not pushing customers away and build bad reputation for the brand. Do something.
