As a professional Counsellor and Coach I offer a FREE first session and will listen to anything you would like to share, no matter how serious, sensitive or trivial. You may not have ever experienced being truly listened to - you may have had someone listen to you but they haven't actually heard what you are saying? I will both listen and hear what you are saying. Having helped people improve their lives in a positive and healthy way for over ten years, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience. I tailor my approach to suit you and your personality and will use both counselling and coaching skills, and regular reviews to check you are getting the most out of your sessions. I will work at your pace, and will be gentle and caring, but will encourage you to move forward quicker if I feel that is right for you, but I will always be empathic and understanding. My expertise will help you develop more self-awareness and confidence so that you can move forward with renewed happiness.
