I have private comfortable and safe therapy rooms in Chudleigh and Totnes both of which have good transport connections and ample parking.

I am trained and qualified in Integrative Humanistic Counselling and am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and adhere to their ethical framework.
I have worked with individuals and families for over 25 years working in voluntary agencies, social care and mental health. During that time I have been with and supported many different individuals and families who faced crises and had to make difficult choices.

I believe counselling can help you explore your difficulties with a professionally trained person who will listen to you, will be impartial and non-judgemental. Through increasing self awareness you will gain increasing sense of your difficulties and discover ways to manage them and experience some relief. With this growing self awareness comes increased confidence and you will feel more able to make the changes you want.

I offer you a safe and nurturing environment to enable you to talk about the issues that have brought you to ask for help. We will meet and discuss what you want to achieve from support and what change you seek.

I believe that being impartial but supportive, and compassionate without judgement is a powerful agent for change helping you overcome the difficulties you are experiencing.
