Unless you've lived in the UK, you've probably never heard of Eton Mess. It's basically the most indulgent, wonderful combination of double cream, fruit and meringue.
How delicious and summery does my lean version look?! And best of all, you can have it for breakfast as part of your transformation. Recipe on the blog now!

... Let me know what you think and send me pictures of your version.
Happy Sunday everyone Lx

WAIT LIST ALERT! We are nudging into waiting list mode for January starts for our signature Transform programme. If you want to beat the list, we are recommending having your initial consultation (either at our Walton Street clinic or The Wellness Clinic in @Harrods or via Skype if you’re not in London). This means we can guarantee your programme before the holiday break and can hit the ground running in January.
Make this the year you free yourself from the ‘diet treadmill’ and have our full expert support as you lean out, learn to live a more balanced life and learn to do it kindly, intelligently and fad-free. Emma and Kitty are by the phone and you can chat through your questions today on (44) 0203 862 5401. Don’t forget we can coach you anywhere in the world!

I'm so excited to announce that we've partnered with the amazing team in the Urban Retreat in Harrods and added Louise Parker food to their delicious menu!
Harrods food heritage is amazing and I think a real London insiders secret. In-store there are 25 different restaurants as well as the fabulous food hall and pretty much all of the food is freshly prepared in-store every day by a team of over 700 chefs!
You can eat 'on method' in all of the restaurants (except the Ice Cr...eam Parlour of course) however for the widest choice, beautiful dishes and our helpful 'swirly whirly' to guide you to the best options on the menu, head to the Urban Retreat cafe on the 5th Floor.
My favourite is the spiced chicken broth which is so tasty and perfect as the cooler weather sets in. Partner it with a pamper in UR and it's a lovely way to relax and unwind. Let me know what your favourites are..!
Enjoy! Lx

An accidental #MeatFreeMonday with my warm Zatar Garbonzos (swipe left) stealing the show. A deliciously warming little dish that even the kids devoured in minutes - and it’s a ten minute supper, which I love. The recipe is up on the blog. LP x

One of my favourite #beforeandafters of this year and just 28 days into our signature 6 week Transform programme. Still time to sign up - infact a brilliant time with Christmas 6 weeks today. Any remaining consultations are carried over to after the Christmas break so we can coach on how to maintain results and enjoy the holidays and get you straight bang on programme in January. Without having to resort to fad dieting that the New Year is going to hit us with from every angle. Very few spaces remaining. Arrange a telephone consultation with the lovely Emma on info@louiseparker.com (and we can support you anywhere in the world). This is #fitfastfood ... Three litre tub of berry bircher made up for the next few days. Breakfasts sorted for the week as I can keep topping it up. Tonight’s a blend of 1500g @arlaskyr @yeovalley high protein yoghurt, 8 tbsp of @mornflake #oatbran (seriously #highfibre and reduces #cholesterol) with 300g blended strawberries in #MyVitamix, 300g of frozen raspberries, pinch of Stevia, dash of vanilla and in the fridge to soak overnight. Kids adore it and it’s seriously #nutritious and delicious. Packed with #VitaminC #protein and abundance of fibre from oatbran and raspberries. Love frozen berries in the winter months ... By morning they’ll be oozing juice and vitamins ... Decorate with passion fruit or dried raspberries - and it’s totally #sugarfree ... ♥️♥️♥️

Kids down (amen) and taking a good hour tonight to fine tune my diary for the next six weeks to get a balance of productive work, time with my clients and colleagues and absolute me time (workouts, reading, getting ahead of Christmas, catching up with friends and family and some good times with MrP). With the girls back to school tomorrow, I find the start of a new half term a perfect time for refining my schedule and priorities. Time well spent to look at my diary, tighten i...t up, delegate what I can, let go of the things that don’t ignite me, and set realistic but ambitious goals for exciting challenges. It’ll feel amazing to kick back on the 23rd of December and feel like I’ve given it my all - and not feel burnt out by Christmas! I want my projects, team and family to be thriving and feeling fit and fulfilled in myself. So I’m ‘Thinking In Ink’ about my master list and breaking them up into weekly bite sized pieces. With time set aside for ample sleep and rest. Or the plan fails. By doing this exercise in term chunks, it feels do-able, exciting and I just need some pressure to avoid treading water ... What are you aiming to achieve by the holidays? Don’t forget you ... you’re the most important piece of the puzzle. Tag #LPMGoals ... .

Tomorrow one of my brothers, Rees, will run his last marathon. As he says ‘I’m going to finish where it all began’, on the cliffs of Beachy Head in Sussex.
In January 2013, his best friend and brother-in-law, Will, ended his own life on these cliffs. It’s impossible to describe the devastation I witnessed in the months following his death.
It was a tsunami of grief, despair and pain that rippled through the veins of our whole extended family and community in Sussex, where W...

CoCo’s made sweet cherry and vanilla bircher for breakfast. I love frozen fruit - all the goodness and antioxidants with minimal fuss. We add creamy oatbran to soak overnight, which lowers cholesterol, fills you up, is seriously high in fibre (and whilst I don’t buy into ‘superfoods’ it’s pretty super). A blend of full fat yoghurt and high protein low fat yoghurt provides your breakfast protein needs, with a good dash of lactose free milk (lower in sugars so an easy sugar saving no brainier), and a proper dash of vanilla. The girls love learning to cook and I love a healthy family breakfast ready to go (which they plate up with pride whilst I sip my tea and direct)...

Modern addiction. Social media is a double edged sword. Today news is teenage girls are suffering from mental health disorders (up by something staggering like 70% in 3 years) and social media perpetuating the issues we all had as young women.
I adore the support, love and banter on social but God, I'm going to keep my eldest daughter (I've three) off an iPhone for as long as I possibly can. Sophie thinks I'm Amish but Hey Ho.
It's bizarre that when our phone says 'low batt...ery' we panic, totally forgetting that our own batteries are running low.
This shot is knicked from @taylorherringuk and really got me thinking. Digital detox starts in 10 minutes and I will turn my phone off, charge it in another room and not check my email or Insta until I've said good morning and breakfast is on the way. Human contact has to come first. At least 2-3 days a week anyway .... I confess, when one of the girls wake me up in the night, I clear my email at 03.30, knowing it's so mental. Work in progress. What's your view - let me know @figuremagician?
