Love Your Birth offers classes for expectant parents, training for people who would like to become Hypnobirthing teachers and mentoring for current Hypnobirthing teachers. I want as many people as possible to have joyful births through Hypnobirthing.

Hypnobirthing incorporates hypnotherapy, the power of language, the importance of avoiding negative influence, powerful calming techniques and understanding the full birth journey including the physiology of birth and birth choices.

Hypnobirthing allows people to have births where they feel calm, relaxed, in control and ultimately love their birth however it happens.
