I am a health and wellbeing coach offering support and results through a range of tailored programmes all of which are supported by Juice Plus + products.
I have learnt that optimum health can only be achieved by eating good quality, unprocessed food, a basic understanding of nutrition and regular exercise. I still sometimes look at myself and have to take a look back to remember how far I’ve come over the last 5 1/2 years 😅☺️❤️ 5 1/2 years ago I literally did not know what I was doing day to day.
