Two new puppies to welcome this week - 14 week old cockapoo Ted (Xanthe loved looking after him!) and little sweetheart 5 month old Cocker Spaniel Purdy - being groomed was just so tiring 😴! Both totally adorable 🥰 Lovely to see more of my little regulars back again too x

This week has seen my biggest to one of my teeeniest....and a whole load of gorgeousness in between 🐾💕🐾

Ok, so today I FELL IN LOVE!!! By far my biggest client...but oh so gentle! Haha, she just about fit in the bath. See you in a few weeks Pippi 🐾💕🐾

sue does an excellent job on my boy dave he can be a moody boy but sue seems to have him at her feet great job and he smells lovely all be it till he finds some fox poo ha ha great service and a great job

Would like to say I was a little nervous as the last experience of a groomers went bad hence why I asked sue to help. I'm so very happy with him he looks lovely and I would highly recommend lovecharm to all my friends and family xxx

What a lovely groomer sue is ,she did a fantastic job on Mutley but it was the little touches she added like a Christmas bow on Mutleys collar , a Christmas card with a photo of Mutley and a bag of treats so impressed and Mutley looked so relaxed which is priceless ���

We visited Lovecharm Dog Groomers today with our 3 goldies, Holly Bonnie and our rescue Charlie, and we would highly recommend them to people anytime. Our girls have never been professionally groomed before, or Charlie as far as we knew, and I worried how they would react. But I needn't have been concerned. Sue's calm professional manner, really put them all at ease, and after their initial uncertainty, they were happy to stand and be groomed by Sue. We cant thank Sue enough for her fantastic service and would happily drive the 2 hours from South Wales AGAIN, for the pups to be pampered.

We are so pleased with how lovely Martha looks after her first hand strip. Sue spent time with us explaining everything. Martha was happy to stay and was chilled when we picked her up. We will be back with her Westie brother. Thanks Sue X

Took sully to see sue today and I must say from moment we first met her she was very welcoming and friendly towards us . Made sure we were totally at ease answered and concerns before leaving him for her to do her magic and when she called to say she had finished I was extremely pleased with the results of the cut he looked smart and smelled yummy, sully was very happy with in himself even had play with her two fur babies . Booked next session there and then 10/10 no questions thanks millions sue xx

Took our 11 month old cocker spaniel Jess to lovecharm dog groomers yesterday . Sue was fantastic with her and she came out looking gorgeous . Really pleased with her cut as she had started to get a few mats, Sue took just the right amount off . Sue is a natural with dogs and very talented dog groomer . Thank you .

Sue does an amazing job cutting my dogs hair. She takes her time and it never feels like a quick rush in and out. All my dogs have come out happy, stress free and looking amazing!!!!!! I would highly recommend, and I'm very hard to please �

Just back from collecting our retriever Chille and he looks fantastic! Wonderful warm welcome from Sue who made us feel happy to leave Chille with her. She's done a wonderful job and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to other people! Chille clearly loved his time with her even when it was thundering outside (he's a bit scared of thunder). Thank you Sue, we will definitely be coming back in a few months time!

I've been putting off taking my Golden Retriever to the Groomers because I was scared his coat would be cut incorrectly. Luckily I met Sue and after seeing the amazing job she does with all the beautiful dogs she grooms I finally took the plunge. Sue very patiently put up with my terrible navigation skills and inability to follow directions but once I finally arrived at Sue's fantastic parlour I knew I'd made the right choice. I left Echo in Sue's capable hands and returned a few hours later to find Echo having the time of his life, totally chilled out and looking absolutely amazing. His coat looks and feels so healthy and I'm so happy to have found a groomer who is so talented and clearly passionate about her craft. Looking forward to our next visit :-)

Having a very anxious dog who has had previously bad experiences at a groomers I was put very much at ease with sue and the professional manner and level of care she gave my dog was outstanding she kept me well informed on how pip was doing and was happy to work on small stages so not to upset her to much she was returned to me in a lovely happy relaxed mood smelling lushious will be happy to see her again with pip thanks sue xx

Bella loves it here and so I do as well. She is very happy to go and looks so pleased with herself when she comes home. Can’t rate this service highly enough.
