Lovick Pilates

Lovick Pilates run classes throughout the week at Venue 28, Beckenham. All classes are taught by Laura Watford. Small classes, all abilities welcome.

Lovick Pilates was established in 2015 by local Pilates teacher and enthusiast Laura Watford. It is our belief that the true benefits of Pilates are mastered and realised when working in smaller groups on a weekly basis with specialist teachers.
We provide all mats and small equipment in our beautiful studio which is fully equipped with mirrors, barres, air conditioning and a sprung floor.
We welcome you to come and join one of our classes and see for yourself. We also offer private training in our studio.
Laura is a Reps Level 3 Pilates Teacher and trains with Body Control Pilates.
