Reflexology is based on the principle that all organs, structures and systems of the body have a corresponding reflex point on the hands and feet. Working these reflexes properly may assist well-being in a safe and natural way. It may help to reduce everyday stresses and strains, aid relaxation and improve circulation, thereby revitalising energy levels.
