Lpo Studio Description
I teach Pilates and Booty Barre from my own studio which is set in the south downs with beautiful views. I offer 1: 1 small groups, and classes no larger than 10, mummy and baby classes & iv just started a fitness pilates class for men.
After teaching Pilates for 6 years i decided to take my education one step further and bring in a new class. A good friend said i should check out Tracy Mallett"s Booty barre programme… Im hooked and i think all my lovely ladies are too. The element of pilates is there with the hint of dance and yoga, you don't need any experience to come to this class. We have a lot of fun at the same time as sculpting chiselling and defining the true body you always wanted. Come shake that Booty at Laura Ormerods Barre x
