Lrc At Ccc Description
The Learning Resource Centre is a fusion of a traditional library (books, journals, revision guides, topic folders, careers information, etc. ) containing just over 6500 titles, a suite of 30 computers plus iPads. The LRC is open from 8am until 5pm, except for an early finish on Friday at 4pm. At exam and coursework deadline times, the LRC is open longer in the evening to allow students study access. The LRC provides a quiet, conducive learning environment, with study space for 60 students and 16 reading chairs.
Outside curriculum hours, various activities happen such as Debate Club, BookChat, Chess Club and the occasional Knit ānā Natter group.
