Life Coaching- I help to empower others, to make, meet & exceed personal & professional goals - Including excelling in the work place, becoming happy & fulfilled in the home, exploring the self & world, & achieving ambitions. Just as a sports coach, enables athletes to hone themselves into the fastest, strongest, most tactical competitors in their disciplines. The life Coach helps people from all professional & personal backgrounds, to improve there strengths & build upon their weaknesses, to make the most of their lives.

Counselling- I work in a therapeutic relationship between counsellor & client, it is both professional & intentional. In difficult circumstances, family members & friends are unable to provide an objective point of view, counselling offers this objective perspective, thus enabling the client to gain insights & strategies to assist in managing their particular situation.

I will not give out advice, because giving advice, is a way of imposing a personal view of the world onto another person, ( who may or not share the same view )

INLPTA- Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming 2010.
INLPTA- Certified Practitioner of art & science of neuro linguistic programming 2010.
INLPTA- Diploma in the Art & Science of NLP Coaching 2009.
INLPTA- Certified Coach Practitioner of the Art & Science of Neuro Linguistic Programming 2010.
9 years volunteering at a Charity, Drug & Alcohol Counselling, Training in TA, CBT, NLP & Person Centred Counselling, I have also Mentored family's and facilitated in Drug & Alcohol Counselling training.
