LS Theatre productions are looking for a charismatic actor who can sing and act to a high standard to play the role of Billy Flynn in our upcoming production of Chicago!
We require someone who can commit fully to the production. Rehearsals take place in Barnsley. Rehearsals are on Monday evenings and Sunday mornings starting in January.
... Chicago will be performed at The Lamproom Theatre. Show dates 25th-30th March 2019.

‘FAME’ ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from start to finish!!!! There is some serious talent on that stage, every aspect of it had the wow factor!! The dancing, the acting and the singing just blew me away!!!! Massive well done to everyone involved!!!!! Loved it!!!! Xxx

An excellent show with a brilliant cast. Every part was well cast and all the vocals were excellent.

Went to see Fame at Lamproom Barnsley excellent production.. Was fortunate enough to see the original West End Production and I have to say some vocals in this production actually were better! Well done to all the cast and crew �

Went to see 'Grease' last Thursday evening 14th June & I have to say what a great performance by everyone who took part - whoever did the choreography/chose the actors/singers & put this production together did a sterling job - I couldn't fault the acting/singing/dancing & the continuation of the show - each actor was a perfect match for the part they played & this takes some real effort as - get it wrong & it shows & lets the others down!

I know what I am talking about as I went to see the original show with Shane Ritchie & Samantha Janus in London in the early 90's & I have to say there was more ongoing action in your version than theirs - very impressive - well done by all. I have a daughter who has trod the boards for years in dance & drama so "Congratulations!" to everyone involved for a superb production - can't wait for the next one!! Jean Hardy.

Well done to Seb and the cast of Grease for an absolute fantastic show. Every member of the cast were fantastic and the singing and dancing was superb. We should also however remember all those who help front of house and back stage as a theatre production like this is not just about those performing. So well done to you all�

We always try to go to L S productions , we went to see Grease on Thursday and it was fabulous a great night out . Well done to everyone who yet again made the evening so enjoyable .

Watched fame tonight and WOW !!! The casting was perfect. Everyone had their own individual characterisation which you all perfected, the vocals were incredible, a show to be seen and to be proud of well done everyone !! ♡

Watched Grease on Thursday, what an incredible show, exceptionally talented, professional cast & choir. Fantastic from start to finish. Congratulations to everyone involved and to The Lamproom Theatre staff who were so friendly & helpful.

The performance yesterday afternoon at St Marys church was an excellent and enjoyable performance. Such a lot of talented people both the choir and soloists performing a great mix of songs. It went from a respectful remembrance section to the joyful gospel and rock selection with more serious ones like the lovely Freedom Road, all sung so delightfully. Thank you to everyone who was part of it I even won the raffle to complete a perfect afternoon!

Spectacular, I was at the Ronald McDonald 8th Ball recently as a volunteer and was mesmerised by the productions - what a fabulous bunch of people who’s costumes were outstanding. I was on the glitter station and heard so many good reviews from people attending. I would definitely take my 12 and 13 year old to see a production if this was anything to go by - we’ll done, you were certainly memorable x

So fame is the first show kira has done with ls theatre productions and where I have known nothing about it and had very little to do with any of the logistics of it and being 15 kira tells me very little ... so to say I was a little apprehensive to go and watch fame last night knowing I have encouraged others to come and watch would be an understatement ... however I really need not have worried it’s a fabulous show full of energy and talent

Kira Leigh as always gave it her all and filled me with pride yet again

Georgii Joy Bailey brought her character to life the minute she walked on stage, so funny throughout, with a talented solo thrown in

Ryan Mitchell hilarious .. although I can never look at you the same again �

Saw Grease on Wednesday night. Absolutely loved it. Excellent acting and some fabulous voices. Kept the audience entertained all the way from start to finish. Could easily have watched it again and again. Well done everyone x

I have known Seb on a professional and personal basis for several years now and he is without a doubt my 'go-to' for all my entertainment needs. Our charity dinners are our main annual event with over 600 guests, they are a noisy bunch but Seb and his team manage to mesmerise them and make them quiet! It's amazing to see all the guests watching with huge smiles on their faces - the feedback we get is outstanding with guests saying the entertainment was a highlight of the evening and second to none! Every year I wonder how they will top the year before and no idea how they do it but they absolutely do. I'm not sure we could have an event without them now, our guests would be so disappointed! I cannot thank Seb and LS Theatre productions enough for their support and professionalism. Here's to our 2018 dinner - 23 November!!!!
