I've been coming to the London Hair Consultancy since 2008. You've given me my life back! I've had a long and arduous hair journey, but these past few years being a 'part of the Lucinda Ellery family' has given me back my confidence, self esteem and made me happy to look at myself in the mirror again. I've been told, time and time again that I look at least 10 years younger than I really am, my hair has played a major part in that and a huge debt of gratitude must go to all the wonderful and caring technicians who strive to make every client look beautiful! I had my hair done in the London branch 2 weeks ago and it's changed my life. The staff were amazing, attentive and understanding. (special mention to Kestral who was just so lovely) I was so nervous before going but I needn't have been. This place is a safe haven for those of us with hair loss - I haven't felt so normal in years! Thank you so much.

I first had my extensions done three months ago by Tom in the Manchester salon. I was back on Saturday for my second round and I can honestly say the last three months have changed my life. I can now leave the house without constantly worrying what I look like and what people are thinking. Its given me the confidence I NEVER thought i would have and allowed me to finally be the person I want to be. The Manchester team especially Tom are absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about this!

I can't recommend this enough I am in the middle of my 2nd lot of chemo and people would never know I so wish I knew about this the first time round and it would have made life so much easier with losing my hair. Don't think about it get it done.

I came to the London salon for my first hair appointment yesterday. The salon was beautiful and everyone was amazingly positive and understanding. I now have so much hair - I couldn't be happier. I'm excited for the future. Thank you to everyone x
