Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️ #easyrecipes Melt 2 tbsps coconut oil with 3 tbsps maple syrup add 60g of pure cacao and pour into silicone hearts. Leave to set in the fridge. I added a mixture of pistachios, sea salt and chili flakes to mine ❤️

Menopause brownies! Seriously good hormone balancing decadence! I melted 2 “ice cream scoops” of pure coconut oil with nut butter and 3 tbsps of maple syrup. Add a cup of pure cacao a pinch of sea salt and a generous handful of raw chocolate nibs ❤️ add a cup of mashed sweet potato and stir. Vintage cookies - thrown together in the mixer and baked for 10 minutes are hitting the spot this Saturday morning. Since I lived in Sweden I have loved the idea of as delicious sweet day! It’s customary for children to buy and eat their candy on Saturdays. For me it’s a quick bake at home or a great cafe cake in town. These simple bars are made from nuts, seeds, oats and dates whizzed in the food processor alongside my favourite Omega 3 lemon oil then spooned into silicone moulds and refrigerated for about an hour.
