Summer is finally here and we've got the perfect BBQ recipe for you to rustle up this weekend ‚ėÄÔłŹ This BBQ sirloin steak, Parmesan and rocket salad with our Lemon and Caper Zesty dressing is perfect for long summer evenings, which we'll hopefully be having lots of now ūü•ā Our range in Waitrose, including our favourite Zesty dressing is currently on offer at the moment too, so make sure you stock up for the summer salad season ūüĆŅ For this recipe, you'll need: ‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä 225g Beef S...irloin Steak‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä 1 tbs Olive oil‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä 1 Red Chicory ‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä 30 g Rocket‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä 20 g Basil leaves‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä 50 g Parmesan‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä Lucy‚Äôs Lemon and Caper Zesty Dressing‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä Salt and Black Pepper‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä Method: ‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä 1. Heat the BBQ to a high heat.‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä 2. Rub the steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the steak on the BBQ and sear for 2 minutes on each side (medium rare). Remove from BBQ and set aside to rest for 5 minutes.‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä 3. Place the chicory, rocket and basil leaves in a serving bowl and dress with the Zesty dressing.‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä‚†Ä 4. Slice the steak against the grain into ¬Ĺ cm slices. Add the beef to the salad, shave over the Parmesan and serve immediately.
