We are featured in this great little film by Buzzfeed! Personally our vote goes to the great value £21.50 afternoon tea but then we are biased... https://youtu.be/JkLsDxOQS94

User

Lucy's is now CLOSED for a whole week! We wish everyone a VERY happy Christmas. We're off to spend time with our lovely little newborn nephew/grandson 💙👶🎄

User

Hooray!! 🍾👌🎄The aforementioned Christmas Tree won a prize in this year's Christmas Tree Festival. Good work to all the girls at team Lucy's! And thank you to St Edwards Church for another lovely festival!

User

What a gem of a place, stopped for tea and had a delicious choice of cakes. Highly recommend.

User

Visited Lucy's for the second time this weekend with my partner. We had a special afternoon cream tea for two - which had our sandwiches on one layer - two fruit scones on the second with cream and jam and on the final was our choice of cake (Carrot & Coffee). It was simply delightful. I had the loose tea - Turkish Apple which is simply divine! And my partner had a filter coffee.

We sat on the top deck by the window and enjoyed the view of the courtyard. Service was great and friendly.

We were delighted to discover that Lucy's is actually a B&B and we are hoping to book later in the year or early next.

Thankyou

User

The coffee & walnut cake I ate on Thursday was the best I’ve had in ages!

User

Thanks as always , lovely lunches and lovely service, always a must for us when we are in The Cotswolds from Lincolnshire , highly recommended by Lottie longs Legs for her dog friendly posts x

User

Stopped here today for lunch. Was a fantastic little place. Friendly service, great food, vegan options and dog friendly. We will be back

User

Stopped by Lucy's tea room as staying at Stow-On-The-Wold for the week. Beautiful homemade scones with all the cream tea trimmings and delicious cakes of Bakewell tart and ginger cake.

Excellent service and able to pay by card. Highly reccomend.

User

Popped into Lucy's for lunch and received a lovely warm welcome from the staff. Lunch was greay as were the beverages. We'll definitely visit Lucy's if we are in Stow on the Wold again and made a note of the number as a potential place to stay on our next visit. Many thanks.

User

Popped in for lunch. Friendly and speedy service. Our food was delicious and good value for money. Very pleasant surrounds and I have never seen such a lovely clean public toilet! You will not be disappointed!

User

Lucy's Tearoom is absolutely lovely - we couldn't have found a more perfect place to have a memorable afternoon tea in the Cotswolds. The atmosphere was so relaxed with very polite, accommodating and considerate staff. We would recommend Lucy's Tearoom, and already have to many of our friends, as it really did add so much value (and taste) to our experience in the area. The spiced masala chai and ginger cake in particular were unbelievable, it's a shame we can't give you more than 5 stars! Thank you for our wonderful afternoon tea :)

User

Lovely staff, beautiful tea room. The toasties we had were divine and the home made coleslaw was probably the best I've ever had. We liked it so much we paid a second visit later in the day. The hot chocolate they did for my friend's granddaughter was a meal in itself we will be back in the summer.

User

Lovely lunch after a morning of exploring, and as I was with my own Lucy felt we ought to visit! Really welcoming staff, great menu and a fresh bowl of water for our dog was a lovely thought. Definitely worth a visit.

User

Lovely location, bags of character, great food and fantastic service. Even the loos were spotless. A superb place to stop for a bit to eat. Highly recommended.

I am restored! I booked two nights here during my UK trip. I've had a little sleep deprivation due to mostly staying in hostels and I developed shin splints due to all the uphill walking. I arrived at Lucy's by taxi from Moreton in Marsh and Amy welcomed me with the biggest smile! We walked thru the Tearoom into the patio garden and towards the back where my room "Earl Grey" awaited. I relaxed as soon as I saw the comfy down covered bed, the inviting armchair with throw, the tea service laid out with a few bits of fudge and the model style bathroom with fluffy towels!

I walked around Stow on Wold (so charming!), had an early dinner, some tea and then retired for the night. I slept right through, none of my usual tossing and turning and I thank the down pillows and comforter and the accessible heat registers.

When I entered the tea room for breakfast I had a special table by the window all set up with cereals and strawberries and home made jam. The smell of fresh made scones by Jill was in the air. I opted for an English breakfast with scrambled eggs with cheese, double rasher of bacon and two sausages. Everything was fresh and delicious and Jill happily made me a couple of cups of fresh decaf coffee with cream. What a treat! I asked to try the clotted cream I had heard so much about and ended up adding some to my eggs as a topping!

You can't go wrong with this place, either as a B&B or a cozy place for breakfast lunch or tea. Would happily stay here again!

User

Great find in Stow.

Very comfortable B & B and it’s behind a traditional tea room - perfect

User

Fantastic! The cheese scone with chilli jam and cream cheese was one of the nicest things I have ever eaten! Topped off with a pot of Earl grey. Lovely food, lovely place :)

User

Brilliant service and the most wonderful food. The stow afternoon tea is scrumptious!

User

Beautiful, cosy . Loved my one night really wished the weather had been better for exploring so I could have stayed another night. Clean , charming well presented an added touch with little treats to accompany the many choices of tea and coffee and after a long day to snuggle into that lovely bed with a mug of hot chocolate. Then if it wasn’t enough a full English. Cooked beautifully. Extremely lovely staff and owners pleasent and chatty and would throughly recommend. When I get the chance to visit the Cotswolds again will definitely check to see if Lucy’s Tearoom has space. Would love to go in the summer and sit in the little garden with my dinner , only downside is people walking to the toilets but that is why you have curtains and really wouldn’t have realised as the room is so snug and cosy.

User

Beautiful Scones and homemade jam and just about the nicest coffee and walnut cake ever.

User

A superb English Breakfast, not massive but the very highest quality, afternoon tea and the scones are to die for, lovely staff. A great treat
