How are you getting on with your New Year Goals? Lot's of sweating?
For over 20 years, we’ve inspired people to push their sweaty limits with our technical athletic apparel. But all of this sweat has had its consequences on our bodies.
Flushed face after hot sweat sessions? We checked in with the team at the renowned SkinGenius Clinic and owner Martine for her top tips for to get that post-sweat glow!
... Martine authentically lives the #sweatlife, is an avid explorer of the great outdoors and long-standing lululemon lover.

What are you favourite ways to sweat? "I like to mix it up with my workout routines, this helps me stopping getting bored as well working different areas of my body!
I’m currently a big fan of (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Workouts. My favourite class involves a gruelling treadmill, strength and core combo which fires up the metabolism and leaves you sweating buckets.
I’ve started training in boxing with my PT, I’m learning different combinations, defences and footwork. He’s so inspiring and I feel just so positive and energised after a training session.
Outdoors, I love to connect with nature so I try do do more hiking and climbing. There are lots of physical benefits such as aerobic conditioning and endurance. It’s a good way of keeping fit without feeling like you’re exercising!"
What are you 2020 goals? "I’m off to hike Scarfell Pike in February, my first winter hike of 2020 and then Ben Nevis in March. I’m also back in training for the Half Manchester Marathon in October!"

It was so good to see you all there! ... We had a packed out teepee at The Oast House, guided by the amazing Lucy Sheridan: The Comparison Coach to set ourselves some GOALS and goals are like snacks, you can never have too many!
