Brilliant service, wonderful products, great showroom but above all, staff that aims to please the customer. They realise that it's the experience that counts and focus on building up a strong customer base. My wife had her rings re-designed by Lumbers and the work and customer experience was second to none. One of the partners, Dominic could not have been more helpful. His approach to my wife's wishes was perfect. Well done to the whole team. This is how a jeweller's should operate.

Brought a Hublot watch for £22,000 to show off but it backfired and now my home is getting repossesed.

Visited Lumbers for the Brown and Newirth launch, the showroom is absolutely stunning with a fabulous Jewellery collection to match. Loved the event space upstairs and guest area for customers. You totally forget where you are.
