We bought a Lumie Brazil lamp and spare globes and were attended to by Customer Service officer, Bea who went out of her way to provide all the help and information we needed. We are very happy with the product and the excellent customer service.

My husband bought me a Lumie Brightspark for Christmas nearly 3 years ago, it has helped me with my low mood and depression. I stopped using it for a while but my symptoms came back big time!. Would recommend Lumie products they are excellent, well worth the money.

I wouldn't be able to survive my 5.30 wake up call in winter without my lumie clock. It makes such a difference and the customer care is simply brilliant.

I have given 5* for fantastic service. Mum lost the back off the remote so i emailed over the bank holiday weekend and they replied Tuesday morning and they put a new remote in the post the same day

Mum loves the lamp and she seems a lot more settled at night now she is also not getting up hours before she needs to_ the lamp giving her the visual cue that it is getting up time (mum has alzheimers and doesn't understand time very well now)

I have been using a Lumie alarm clock now for 3 years and it has been excellent and totally reliable. Great product!

I bought one, got confused with the set up instructions which could be better, it nearly got launched out of the window!! it doesen't explain if you can have the sunrise and the radio waking you up? Still not sure? The video helped a bit, let's see in the next week eh?

My daughter loves her lumie clear acne light she bought through Amazon. However after 4 months it has stopped working which she is upset about. We have contacted your customer services so hope for positive reply tomorrow. Low rating because not good it has failed already!

My Lumie clock isn't the miracle worker i thought it would be. I am a really heavy sleeper and the light just doesn't wake me up most days. I don't wake up until it beeps. I am so disappointed. I thought this might be the one thing that eorked on me.



It is also veru hard to read and complicated to use. Not very user friendly at all. Very disappointed. :(

Mines packed in after -6 weeks? Over £100 Wtf?
