Lupita's brings you a mix of big Latin flavours.

Latin cuisine is a fusion of Spanish, Native American and African with even some Asian influences. It is a fusion of aromatic, sweet and tart, spicy and mild citrus flavours. Cooking methods and styles are constantly evolving from such a blend of cultures. With recipes that started from tribal, slaves and the poor that have also evolved to tease the most sophisticated of palates.

Everything I cook is my own recipe. Including almost all sauces. I tinker a little with some things to adjust to a British palate while also trying to keep true to Latin cuisine.
