Lushice Sorbets Description
LushIce are cocktail sorbets for grown-ups. People usually see sorbets as a healthy alternative to ice cream, but I think my cocktail flavours offer grown-ups a different way to enjoy their sorbet. They come in four flavours - Pina Colada, Strawberry Daiquiri, Mojito and Cosmopolitan
The idea started 2 years ago in the kitchen when experimenting with ways to make a fun dessert using an ice cream maker I bought off Amazon. A few months on I decided to take it to the next step, because I didn't feel there was anything like it around, and liked the idea of injecting a little fun into the sorbet market.
Each of the four cocktail sorbets has a splash of either rum or tequila and fresh fruit purees. The name of each of the sorbets is familiar to anyone who enjoys cocktails and as they are sorbets they are, of course, dairy-free.
