They completed the 6 mile charity starlight stroll for St Wilfrid's hospice this month. It was an amazing evening for all with beautiful clear skies, seeing the stars and also enjoying a glimpse of Saturn, Mars and the Moon through the telescopes that were positioned at the finish line!! They managed to raise in total over £100 together and really enjoyed themselves.

I must admit I first went to see the Chiropractor with lower back pain, but after examination it was worse than I originally thought with knees, pelvis and back problems. Oh dear, I thought...but Caroline got to work and began to work wonders and now under Stuart's care and still improving.

So impressed with the treatment my eleven year old son has had. We had an initial check as he has reached a good level of dancing and has some big events coming up. We found out he had a restriction in his neck that was causing an imbalance.. After just a few weeks he is so much better and Dr Joe has a great rapport with him. I've had problems with my neck for many years due to several car accidents when I was younger and then not seeking treatment for it, I was recommended to James at Lushington Chiropractic about six months or so ago and have not looked back since. After years of neck pain headaches, not being able to turn my head due to it seizing up etc, having the treatment with James has certainly made things so much better, I hardly suffer the bad headaches, and the movement in my neck is so much better. I cannot recommend the treatment enough as it has really made a difference to my life, on holiday my neck after the flight and lying on the sun beds would seize up more and more as the holiday went on which really gets you down as it just spoils everything, then you spend the whole time on pain killers which is also not great. I have been seeing Caroline for over one year for various problems but mostly the 40 year problems I have with my knee. Hand on heart my knee is the best it has been for all those years. I have been attending Lushington chiropractic clinic for some months now and without doubt can say how well I have been treated. Deborah has been seeing me in relation to back problems and with regular visits and exercises at home, thanks to Deborah, I now just need tweaking occasionally ! I have suffered from headaches for as long as I can remember going back to when I was just 10 yrs old, (I'm now 48). Then a work colleague suggested I tried Lushington Chiropractic. The headaches wound last for a number of days and no medication really helped. I was quite sceptical at first, but after an initial 6 week course I found the treatment very beneficial. I have been attending the clinic for a number of years and come regularly to keep everything in check to avoid the prolonged headaches. If you've been suffering from regular headaches, I would highly recommend a visit to Lushington. Headaches shouldn't be a way of life!
