Nikki is Mat Pilates, Exercise Referral & Level 4 Physical Activity & Lifestyle Strategies for Managing Lower Back Pain & accepts referrals and recommendations from medical professionals such as GP’s, Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Sports Massage Therapists who understand how much Pilates can help with all sorts of physical conditions. This allows her to integrate Pilates exercise with rehabilitation and offer specific guidance to those recovering from injury or living with pain.
As well as offering therapeutic Pilates Nikki offers sports specific Pilates to support performance. Through training for specific sports people tend to have over-developed muscle groups and, consequently, under-utilised muscle groups, too. Through Pilates, these muscles can be developed so that they can enhance performance and unlock further potential. Whatever the sport or training programme, through working with Nikki to a tailored Pilates programme she will work with you to enhance your performance.
