Very clean well located and appointed apartment, good value, highly recommended

After having a number of overseas trips cancelled we like many others decided to holiday in the UK. We had never been to the Cotswolds and thanks to Luxury Serviced Apartments they found us an ideal property in Cheltenham. The apartment was on Queens Parade and is a charming 2 bedroom in the lovely Montpellier district. The apartment is well located for Cheltenham itself and for exploring further afield. It is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. Also the service from Dan and Rachel was impeccable. We look forward to returning as we had a fantastic week here.

My friend and I stayed with luxury apartments for 6 months and had a very comfortable stay. The apartments were clean and well-equipped for our needs. Luxury apartments went above and beyond to accomodate us and quickly solved any issues or queries we did have. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your next stay in the Cheltenham area.

Luxury Apartments have been extremely accommodating over the last 6 months. They are always friendly and polite and I would recommend their services if you are ever looking for accommodation in Cheltenham/Gloucester. They are always prompt in returning our emails/requests and certainly go above and beyond to make my friend and I feel very welcomed.

We stayed in their Montpelier apartment and it was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. They even went above and beyond to bring a fan just because I’m used to sleeping with one running. The apartment is located centrally and close to downtown, bath road, and many restaurants and shops - highly recommend it

The apartment at 39 Rodney Road was absolutely fantastic, one of the best ones we’ve stayed in. As well as a brilliant position the apartment itself was immaculate and had everything we could have asked for. We honestly couldn’t fault it. We had a really great time. I recently had the pleasure of staying at 1 Trelawn in Cheltenham and loved it. The townhouse is modern and clean, and fully stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bathrooms are large, well-equipped and easy to use. The wifi was excellent and there were multiple areas to work if needed. The location is fantastic, being within walking distance of the High Street, shopping and restaurant areas, and Montpellier Park and Imperial Square. I would definitely return on my next visit and would highly recommend it to others.

Shocking customer service - still haven't replied to my numerous messages and phone calls regarding my weekend stay in Cheltenham. When property was listed they said that there was free parking. My husband and I had to pay £48 parking for the two days as there was no free parking available at all and after spending £250 for the weekend stay this turned out to be a very expensive weekend! This company have just completely ignored me.. Will certainly not be booking anything through them again

I have stayed with Luxury Serviced Apartments many times and my experience has always been positive. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful and the properties have always been well appointed, well maintained, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for accommodation in Cheltenham.

We stayed at Trelawn for my friend's hen weekend at the beginning of April. The property was superb and we were all very impressed with the standard and comfort. It is in an excellent location, right in the centre of Cheltenham with all its bars and restaurants in easy walking distance so no need for taxis. The service I received from Luxury Apartments was exceptional and they made the whole booking process very easy. I would highly recommend them as a company. Thank you for giving us a weekend to remember!

Top notch apartments and top notch service. I've used Luxury Apartments a few different times, most recently at their 50e Montpelier Spa location. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond and fulfill requests. The apartments are always beautiful and well furnished. Highly recommended!!

My son and I stayed in the Croft for a week. It is a one bedroom, incredibly spacious flat with a sofa bed in the open-plan sitting room / kitchen. Beautifully decorated with lovely high ceilings. Beautifully kept. Large windows leading out onto a long balcony. 5 minute walk to the High Street. Brenda and Dan were most accommodating and efficient. and We didn't want to leave... ever!
