TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
If you are thinking of reserving or buying a bunny from me, there are a few things you may need to know beforehand which will be included in this document. Please make sure you read through throughly before agreeing to your chosen bunny. Thank you!
DEPOSITS.... All deposit amounts are clearly stated by myself before you commit to your rabbit, and this deposit must be paid before your chosen rabbit will be reserved for you, until then they will still be available for others to view or buy. Once you have paid your deposit it is none refundable in the event you change your mind, find another rabbit, or fail to collect on the agreed date etc. The only time a deposit may be refunded is in the unlikely event that I refuse the sale or can no longer sell you the rabbit, in which case I will always give a full refund.
LEAVING DAY. Once your bunny reaches 8 weeks of age, we will have agreed on a date/time of collection which must be within 3 days of your rabbit reaching 8 weeks. If you are unable to collect within those three days, boarding must be previously arranged with me, and I do charge an extra £2 for each day they are with me to cover costs of food, bedding, hutch space etc. If your bunny is not leaving at 8 weeks old they must be fully paid for in advance, including the extra boarding charges. If your bunny reaches 8 weeks old and you have not arranged a collection date, I will re-advertise him/her and your deposit will be lost.
AFTER CARE. Before your bunny leaves me, they will have a full health check which guarantees they will be in top health. Once your bunny leaves my property, their health and wellbeing is the buyers responsibility. I will always be happy to provide any advice you may need whatever the problem, to the best of my knowledge, however it is not my duty to fix any problems that may arise. If there comes a time that you can no longer care for your bunny, I will always request that they are returned to me so that they do not end up in a rescue, or worse. I do like to know where all of my babies are and how they are doing so this is essential.
GENDER. At 4 weeks of age (when a bunny is able to be reserved) I will be confident of their gender, however it cannot be guaranteed so please take this into consideration when reserving your rabbit. If it does turn out that your rabbit has been wrongly sexed, you will not be entitled to a refund but I am happy to take the rabbit back if you think it is necessary. Despite this, I have never been wrong with a rabbits gender after 4 weeks of age.

Yesterday we had a litter of four kits born from Kia and Charlie! Unfortunately two were DOA, so we have just two tiny kits in the nest, which seem to be doing exceptionally well! I will more than likely keep one, maybe both of the kits, well done Kia😊

Seeing as though i will have some Christmas litters, i thought it would be appropriate to post this here. I do not believe in buying, and will not be selling, any pets for Christmas😊

I have a few new additions that i haven't yet introduced to the page! Here is: Skylar- Blue Point Doe (still filling out and darkening points!) Sedric- Unsure of colour! Possibly blue point, possibly iron grey, possibly siamese smoke! Whatever he is, he's perfect for me! He's a buck! Kia- Orange Doe, hopefully in kit!
... These new rabbits mark the start of me attempting to get into show type rabbits! Over the next few years, i will be working on improving and introducing my own line of show quality mini lops, and when i think they're ready, i may begin to show! Watch this space!😝 Thank you all for supporting me along this journey, i hope you will continue! I love what i do with my rabbits, and love how all of my bunnies are in such perfect homes!😊
